One number handles both calls and texts: (604) 632-4959. Email goes to Ali@Sedighi.ca. We keep Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific as office hours. We usually reply within one business day. Every message reaches a senior strategist, not a call centre or an automated queue.

What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

How to reach us

  • Call if you want to talk it through now. If we miss you, leave a short message with your name and business and we will call back.
  • Text if you are on a job site or between appointments. A few lines are enough to start.
  • Email if you want to send links to your website, Google Business Profile and social accounts so we can look before we talk.

Whichever channel you pick, a person reads it, and we only email people who contact us first.

What to include in your message

A short message is fine, but these details help us give you a useful answer the first time:

  1. Your business name and what you do. For example, residential painting, bathroom renovation or a physiotherapy clinic.
  2. Where you work. Coquitlam neighbourhoods and nearby cities you serve.
  3. Your website and main social account, if you have them.
  4. What you want more of. A particular type of job, more walk-ins, or simply a website that no longer embarrasses you.
  5. Upcoming jobs worth filming. A big project starting soon is a perfect first shoot.
  6. Anything you would rather not film. Customers, staff or locations that should stay off camera.

A text template you can copy and fill in:

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name]. We do [type of work] in [Coquitlam neighbourhood or city]. Our website is [website]. We'd like help with [photos / short videos / a project film / website pages]. Best time to reach me is [time].

What happens next

  1. A first conversation. We ask about your customers, your services and the questions you hear on every quote, and look at your current website and profiles.
  2. A suggested starting point. We recommend one service or a simple combination, the plan that fits, and a rough schedule for the first shoot. You get the monthly cost in writing before anything starts.
  3. Planning the shoot. If you go ahead, we write a shot list around a real job or your premises, and prepare consent forms for anyone who might be on camera.

There is no pressure to decide on the first call. Many owners take a week to think, and that is fine.

Before you get in touch

If you want to prepare, three quick things make the first call more useful:

  • Look at your own Google Business Profile on your phone and note what is missing or out of date.
  • List the five questions customers ask before hiring you. They often become the first five videos.
  • Think about one customer who might be happy to have their project filmed.

You can also read our services overview, check plans and pricing, or browse the FAQ first. If filming customers worries you, our consent guide covers the basics.

If you are not ready yet

Plenty of owners contact us months before they want to film, often because a big job or a new season is coming. That is a perfectly good reason to get in touch. We can talk through what to capture on your own phone in the meantime, so that when a shoot does happen, you already have some useful "before" material.

Frequently asked questions

Should I call, text or email?

Whichever suits you. Texting is easiest if you are on a job site; email is better if you want to send links to your website and social accounts; a call is quickest if you want to talk it through.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. If you run an eligible trades business, the first 30 minutes cost nothing and sit outside any paid plan. There is no obligation to sign up afterwards.

Do you meet in person?

Yes. Consultations are available in person or by video call, as well as by phone, text and email. Shoots at your job site or premises are arranged and confirmed in the proposal.

What if I am not sure what I need?

That is normal. Tell us what your business does and what bothers you about your current website or social accounts, and we will suggest where to start.
