Our four services all come from the same place: a planned visit to your work, with your people, your tools and a finished job to show. The difference is the format and where it ends up. Pick by the gap you need to close first, not by which format sounds most modern.
A quick way to decide: open your own website and Google Business Profile on your phone and ask, "Would I trust this company with my house?" Whatever makes you hesitate is where to start.
-
Short-form video for social and Google
Vertical clips of 15 to 60 seconds that show a real job, a real person and one clear next step.
-
Project and before-and-after video
One finished job told start to finish, so a stranger can judge your workmanship before they call.
-
Photo libraries for websites and profiles
A labelled bank of real photos of your crew, vans, shop and finished work, ready for every page and post.
-
Service pages and articles built from footage
Website copy and local articles drafted from what was filmed, so the words match the work.
Short-form video for social and Google
Short-form video is the right first service when people already know your name but forget you between jobs. Clips of 15 to 60 seconds keep you visible on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and your Google profile without you having to post every day.
It suits businesses with lots of small, visual moments: a cleaner revealing a finished room, a tile setter laying the last row, a café pulling the first shot of the morning. It is a weaker first choice if your website has no photos at all, because viewers who click through will land on something that does not match.

Project and before-and-after video
A project video is the right first service when your jobs are large and customers take weeks to decide. One two-to-four-minute film of a complete job answers the questions a nervous buyer has: who turns up, how they protect the house, what the finished result looks like and what the owner thought of the process.
This works well for renovators, roofers, landscapers, deck builders and finishing carpenters, where a single job can be worth many thousands of dollars. It needs a customer who is happy to have their property filmed, which is why we plan it with you weeks ahead.

Photo libraries for websites and profiles
A photo library is the right first service when your site and profile still rely on stock images, phone snaps from 2019 or nothing at all. Customers compare profiles side by side, and the one with clear, current photos of real people and real work usually gets the call.
We shoot your team, vehicles, premises, tools and completed jobs, then edit, name and sort the files so anyone in your office can find the right image in seconds. It is the least expensive way to make every other channel look better.

Service pages and articles built from footage
Content writing is the right first service when your site has thin pages that do not say what you actually do, or when a page reads like it could belong to any company in the Lower Mainland. We write service pages and local articles from the shoot itself: the steps the crew followed, the materials used, the questions the customer asked.
Because the words come from the footage, the page and its photos tell the same story, which reads as more honest to people and gives search engines more specific text to work with.

Combining them without wasting the day
The cheapest content is the content filmed while we are already there. A typical combination looks like this:
- Book one shoot around a job worth showing.
- Capture stills and video in the same visit, using one shot list.
- Edit the project video first, then cut short clips from the leftovers.
- Write or refresh the matching service page with the new photos in place.
That order means nothing is filmed twice and nothing is written before we know what the footage shows. Plans and what drives cost are on the pricing page, and examples of what consistent content did for our HVAC clients are on the results page.
What we do not do
We do not perform or supervise trade work, and we never pose as your staff on camera. We do not buy fake followers or views, and we do not post footage of a customer, employee or property without the consent covered in our consent guide. If you are unsure where to start, contact us and describe your business in two lines.
Frequently asked questions
Can I buy just one service?
Yes. Many owners start with a photo library or a single project video and add short clips once they see what the footage does. Each service stands on its own, though they cost less per piece when filmed on the same day.
Which service brings in calls fastest?
Usually the photo library combined with a refreshed service page, because it improves the pages people already visit before they phone you. Video tends to build trust over a few months rather than overnight.
Do you also run ads and SEO?
Our focus here is content. For the paid and search side, the Trades.Agency plans cover it, and we will tell you on the first call whether you need it yet.
How often do you film?
Most clients book a shoot every one to three months, timed around jobs worth showing. Seasonal businesses such as landscapers often film more in spring and less in winter.
