The three plans

Plan Month-to-month Billed annually Summary
Growth $1,999/month $1,499/month The core marketing package, sized for one established business with a steady content rhythm
Elite $3,999/month $2,999/month More channels at once, with half off any Trades.Agency website design package
Enterprise $7,999/month $5,999/month Your own marketing team, support that jumps the queue, and a website design and build of any package at no extra charge

All three can be shaped around content: how often we film, how many clips, photos and pages each month, and how much of the posting and reporting we handle. On a free call we work out which plan matches the amount of content your business actually needs. If you only need a little, we will say so.

What drives the cost of content

Video and photo work costs more or less depending on a few practical things. Knowing them helps you plan, whichever provider you choose.

  • How often you film. One shoot a month produces a steady supply; one a quarter is cheaper but leaves gaps. Most of the cost is in planning, filming and editing time, so frequency is the biggest lever.
  • How many locations per shoot. One job site is efficient. Three sites across Coquitlam in one day means more travel and setup.
  • How much interviewing. A clip with someone talking needs more editing than a silent before-and-after with captions.
  • Weather and access. Outdoor work in the wet season sometimes needs rescheduling. Strata buildings may need permission in advance.
  • Writing volume. Each new service page or article takes interview time, drafting and your review.
  • Posting and reporting. Handing you files is cheaper than us scheduling, posting and reporting on every clip.

A worked way to decide what to spend

Instead of picking the cheapest plan, start with what a customer is worth to you. Here is the calculation we use on calls, with example figures you should replace with your own.

  1. Average job value: say $6,000 for a mid-sized painting job.
  2. Gross margin: say 40%, so each job earns $2,400 before overheads.
  3. Extra jobs needed to cover a $1,999 plan: $1,999 ÷ $2,400 ≈ 0.83, so a little under one extra job a month, before GST.
  4. Reality check: if your content can plausibly help win one or two extra jobs a month within six months, the plan pays. If your average job is $250, the plan needs many more extra customers and a lighter approach may suit you better.

Content usually builds over months, as the HVAC results show, so judge it over six to twelve months, not four weeks.

How to choose

  • Growth fits most owner-run Coquitlam businesses starting with content: a regular shoot rhythm, edited clips and photos, and a few pages refreshed over time.
  • Elite fits businesses that also want broader marketing across several channels, or that need a new website and want the 50% design discount.
  • Enterprise fits multi-crew or multi-location businesses that want a dedicated team and a new website build included.

If you are unsure, start smaller. Moving up a plan is easy when the content is clearly working.

What is not included

Ad spend, paid music licences beyond what platforms provide, and any third-party software you choose to buy are separate. We will always tell you before anything adds to your bill. We are a content and marketing service, not a contractor, so trade work, materials and permits for your jobs are never part of our pricing.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. Each month stands alone, and ending the plan needs 30 days' notice. Annual billing is optional and lowers the monthly price.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. An eligible trades business can have a 30-minute consultation at no charge, before and apart from any paid plan, where we look at your current content and suggest where to start.

Are taxes included?

No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and BC clients add 5% GST, with provincial sales tax only where it applies to the service.

Does the plan include ad spend?

No. If you promote clips or run ads, that spend is paid directly to the platform and is separate from the plan fee.

Do I own what you produce?

Yes. Photos, videos and written pages made for you are yours to keep and use, including after you stop working with us.
