Proof from real campaigns

Results from our HVAC work, and what they mean for your content

Our published case studies come from heating and cooling companies, so we present them as results from our HVAC work. They are not predictions for your business, but they show what steady, specific content can do.

Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

The results below are real and published, and every one comes from our HVAC work. We show them because they are the clearest evidence we have that consistent, specific content pays off over time. We do not claim them for painters, cleaners, clinics or any other sector, and we will not invent numbers for trades we have not published.

What follows is each result, what it actually shows, and the lesson that carries over to a Coquitlam business filming its own work.

HeatLand: volume with substance

HeatLand built 850+ SEO articles and recorded a 300% lead increase in six months.

What it shows: a large body of genuinely useful written content, answering the questions real customers ask, can become a major source of enquiries.

What transfers: you do not need 850 articles. You need content built around the questions you hear on every quote. A Coquitlam landscaper who publishes clear answers about drainage, base layers and plant choices for wet winters is doing the same thing at a smaller scale. Our content writing service starts from exactly those questions.

Roma Heating & Cooling saw 400% organic traffic growth in 12 months.

What it shows: organic search traffic grows when a site keeps adding relevant pages over a full year, rather than in a single burst.

What transfers: content is a twelve-month commitment, not a one-month campaign. Filming once and posting everything in a week does far less than filming every month or two and publishing steadily. That is why our plans are built around a regular shoot schedule rather than a single production.

CombiBoiler.ca: specific beats general

Three numbers from CombiBoiler.ca: 300% ROI, 300+ monthly leads, and 500+ page-1 rankings for combi-boiler keywords.

What it shows: a site focused tightly on one service can earn a large number of rankings and a steady flow of enquiries.

What transfers: one strong page per service, with real photos and video of that service, beats a single page that lists everything. If you want more of one kind of job, give that job its own page, its own project video and its own photos.

BoilerPart.ca: structure at scale

BoilerPart.ca built 2,000+ programmatic pages and grew organic traffic by 180%.

What it shows: when a business genuinely has thousands of distinct items, a well-structured set of pages can make each one findable.

What transfers, and what does not: most Coquitlam service businesses do not have thousands of distinct products, and copying a page for every neighbourhood would be thin, repetitive content. The lesson is organisation. A tidy photo library, clearly named files and logically linked service pages help both people and search engines find the right thing.

What these results have in common

Four patterns run through all of them:

  1. Real, specific content. None of these sites relied on generic copy or stock imagery.
  2. Consistency over months. Six to twelve months is a realistic horizon.
  3. One clear next step. Every page made it easy to call or get in touch.
  4. Measured by enquiries. Leads and return on spend, not likes.

What we will not show you

You will not see invented numbers for painters, landscapers or clinics on this site, because we have not published case studies for those sectors. You also will not see view counts presented as success. A clip with fifty thousand views and no enquiries did nothing for the business that paid for it. When we have published results from other sectors, they will appear here with the client's name and a link, the same way the HVAC results do.

How we report your results

We track calls, texts and emails that start from your website, Google Business Profile and social accounts, and we show which clips, photos and pages contributed. If something gets attention but no enquiries, we tell you and change it. The full list of case studies is on HVAC.Agency. To talk about your own content, see pricing or contact us.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have results for my trade?

Our published case studies are all from HVAC companies. We do not borrow them for other trades or invent numbers for sectors we have not published. What transfers is the method, and we explain how on this page.

Can you promise similar results?

No. Results depend on your market, your service area, the quality of your work and how long you keep publishing. Anyone who promises a set number of leads or rankings is guessing.

How long before content shows results?

The HVAC examples here played out over six to twelve months. Short clips can bring enquiries sooner, but search-driven content usually needs months of consistent publishing.

Where can I see the full case studies?

The complete list is on HVAC.Agency's case studies page, and each client named here links to its live website.
